Paw Bot Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding contract between you and Paw Bot Limited (“Paw Bot”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of Paw Bot’s services, apps, websites and other products (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you may not use or access the Services.

License

Paw Bot hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right and license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in a manner that is consistent with the Services’ intended purposes. We reserve the right to terminate this License for any or no reason and at any time without notice.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, sell, lease or sublicense any of our software or Services.

Conduct

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER OR NOT PAW BOT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, English law, without regard to the conflict of law provisions thereof.
